What can you do to get rid of them, ours are 3' tall over almost 3/4 the property and our deer wont go through them. we mow paths through them that the deer travel, should we just mow all of them?

If its Greenbriar. Fire will kill it. You won't get it all but you can set it back and open up the understory.

stem segments to rub on skin to relieve pain and muscle cramps, tea from leaves and stems for rheumatism and stomach troubles, and tea from the roots to help expel afterbirth.
Current knowledge about the plant:
