          John Moore just tried to charge my MIL $400 for 1# of 410A. Then he pinched the control wires in the cover shorting out the control board in the air handler, and fried the thermostat. He told her, she was lucky he was there to help, because her unit was falling apart.

          They are the biggest ripoff in the game.
