Woke up around 5am this morning to my wife moaning in the other room. Apparently she passed out and hit her head when falling. I ran in there and she was stuttering and incoherent. When I turned on the light it looked like a pint of blood was on the floor. She's 25 weeks pregnant so I was freaking out in my head. I cleaned her up and the blood, called her mom to come over and watch the kid so I could take her to the emergency room. We were there all day checking the baby, her and getting staples in her head. Even more concerning was that the hospital was full of covid patients and that was the reason it took all day. My wife and I were around people that were infected and I feel like I need 10 showers. What a crazy day.
