Not bad. It is in a paper bag so can't get wet or it molds and sticks together.

It will get bugs in it after too long outside in storage

How does it do with the heat? It says to keep cool.

If you have any deer density at all it doesn’t last long enough to spoil.

Most feed stores wont keep it past 30 days as it will get weevils..However the deer don't care.

              Keep it dry!

I have had it last a year in a feeder without spoiling. I was intentionally trying to test just that.

                Pigs like it

Apparently they don’t want to share

Couple of bucks may have gotten a taste

I put the rest out, maybe they will get more this round

Agreed, I stored some in a barrel for 8 months and it was still good. Keep it dry and it'll stay good.

Tomball Walmart has a lot of it.

                          I believe!!!!!!

Put out some rice bran and the pigs devoured it and I did happen to get pic of a deer sniffing around where it had been

So I bought another bag and poured another half bag pile out in front of the one camera

The other place I had put some is by a protein feeder I have been trying to get deer to eat ANYTHING folks feed deer with 0 results.

So I dumped a little corn in the feeder and emptied about 1/4 of the rice bran in and decided that might not flow well
Mixed a bunch more corn into it by hand

I will let the pics tell the rest

Had several pigs under feeder but none eating out of it

                          However

Apparently they don’t like dining with swine

Porkers are going to get thinned way back

Daughter and I are about to run some arrows through several

I have a photo of a 20 pig sounder in it for hours
But not enough cameras in the pens yet

Gonna feed it every huntvthis year.

I see this post kind of lost flare. Any updates on Rice Bran? I found some at the feed store in Lewisville and want to try it out after buying two bags. I want to retain as many deer as I can with gun season starting soon.

Get it. Everywhere I hunt deer gobble it up. If you have feed pens and a trough with a cover to keep it dry is better
