10-4. Been wanting to try a bananas foster cheesecake, but believe I will save that for dry land. Probably do an amaretto cheesecake and a plain one unless someone has a request for a different style.

Iím ready! I need to buy some more lures for sure! Iíll order some more trout support and stock up my DSLs.

What all do we need to bring other than personal items and fishing gear? Or any recommendations on things to bring.

Cash. Ear plugs for engine/generator noise. Towel for the boat. Gatorade powder to mix in bottle water. Long pants to fish (the flys can be bad)...

I only drink them in a pinch now. Texas Tail Vodka, Topo Chico and a lime wedge is the preferred drink.

your peer pressure tactics wont work on me sir!!

I did get lucky. She'd only be mad (er) cause Id go to the islands without her again after a shoot an 80" goat lord willing. If the rona hadnt put such a dent in the fun money account it would be an easier decision. New Mex is costing more than I anticipated but prolly be a once in a lifetime deal so why not

25 trout per person per day with 12" minimum and no more than 2 over 25". 5 reds 16-27" with 1 over 27".

Yes, I'm gonna try to stick to 15" fish. Learned last time that there isn't much meat on a 12" trout. The weird part for me was boxing those 16" reds.

To put this into perspective. At 25" you have a 5.5 pound trout.

My friend was out there last year in May and hooked up on a 5-6 pounder. After the shark chomped it, it was only 4" long. Be careful guys.

That was my game plan. Box any trout close to 15 and any red over 18 unless itís tough fishing.
