Youth = lack of game experience. Class doesn’t mean anything if they haven’t played.

Yeah, I don't keep track of what class they are, there were just A LOT of dudes on the field whose names I'd not heard before.

I hear what you are saying but, these guys play year round. It's not like they are sitting on a bench the other 6-7 months of the year. We're talking a .141 team batting average with 35 strikeouts in three games. That's more than just a youth issue. Just about everyone except Kennedy looked lost at the plate.

This is how I felt about Aggie Football. Only a moron ranks a team #6 to start a season because “they had the # 1 Freshman recruiting class”.......blah, blah, blah. Funny how reality set in quick. So glad it is College Baseball season!!!!!

When is Whitt due back to pitch for the Longhorns? My buddy said he should be near the end of rehab soon. That kid is good.

One other thing.....I am skeptical ( realistic ) on the Aggies #6 ranking to start for Baseball. We all know there are some wild swings in College Baseball rankings, injuries, etc. Schloss was asked what they would need to do to make it back to Omaha......He said they needed to pitch a whole lot better and hit the ball more often. He knows how difficult it will be. I like that mentality. Great Coach!!

Tigers strike back with 5 so far in the 3rd. Up 5-4. Mammoth homerun that almost cleared the scoreboard from freshman Jones. They just came back and said 467'!

The last update I saw on Witt was mid-April at the earliest. They were planning to take it slow with him.

Yea they are rolling pretty good to start. Jobert just hit a 3 run oppo bomb. It should be a fun team to watch this year. I feel like if our pitching can just be above average they should be able to win a pile of games given what their offense can/should do this season.

Y’all don’t kid yourself. This kind of stuff happens every once in a while on a Tuesday. Outside of Tech fans y’all would all trade for Schloss.

Well that will certainly quell the 53-0 talk that we didn’t hear this season like we did from a certain fan base the last! LOL!

Similarly, tu’s huge run rule win against the Islanders on Tuesday eliminates them from the 0-53 discussion that was beginning to take shape after last weekend (although the 0-4 SEC streak remains intact!) ;p

UTRGV was up until they **** the bed on one play and lost all focus. 3 errors on one play and the win streak is over. Still have 4 more against a very tough C Michigan team. One a positive note, my DQ Blizzard Blast coupon stack is building back up.

Round Rock classic starts at 2 with LSU vs K. State. LSU added some wrinkles to the lineup today. Going to be murderers row at the plate with this lineup.

Tigers take game 1 in Round Rock defeating K. State 7-3. Skenes threw 6 innings with 11 more Ks. First 2 outings are 12 IP, 23Ks, 1ER

Lol at Buzz.

Schloss is hot or cold in the college baseball world. It will be interesting to following him. I know he’s high on Texas list once they fire Pierce this year.

I’m still not sure if it was Oregon, Maine or Gregory! LOL! They actually travelled quite well and had a decent crowd in one corner of the bleachers.

Despite the minor setback of the score, we had a great time!

It seems that Aggie sports cant handle being ranked early
some time its good to get your ego busted right in your face.
Then you have to play the game or get your *** handed to
you like last night. Hope its a good wake up Time will tell

Us South Texas folks? You sure about that?....

That's the name of the high school and for you outskirts folks, sure, but my hometown is Taft, TX....a whopping 6 miles from Portland when we wanted to go to the big city.. We still call it Portland when I'm down there...
