Tactical reveal issue

Camera searches for signal for a couple of minutes, then says module failure. Can't submit a request because camera will not give a icim (maybe wrong acronym) code. Can't find a number to customer service. Any ideas?

They have a reset on them, you need a paper clip unfolded.

Where the cameras working fine and your app and you already have them set up on your phone? If so you can find the IMIEC number or whatever it's called
