That’s a tough one for sure because of low light. From where I’m sitting my lieing eyes are telling me that at that forward angle the arrow deflected off of the shoulder blade stayed just under the skin with very little penetration. Arrow found missing about 4” of shaft. You should start calling these Another Egg On Gumbos Face Thread.

Here’s what I think I see.
Perfect shot….Looks to me like the front leg was forward and the shot was tucked right up in the deadly V.
I’m guessing dead pig with in 100 yards and a decent blood trail.

I think it was to far forward on the initial angle and stuck in the front shoulder. Looked like limited penetration, but I bet it caught an artery and bled out in 80 yards.

I didn't see a quartering away pig but a quartering to one. Hit in front point of shoulder and stopped on opposite shoulder. Not much blood early blood trail. Dead pig. Not necessarily easy to track.
