I took my mount back to the Taxidermist and he agreed that it was not my correct hide. He told me that he would put a new blackbuck hide on it at no charge.

What the hell difference does that make? The new hide won’t belong to that buck either right?


So he gave you the hide of a buck you didn’t shoot. His solution is to give you another hide of a buck you didn’t shoot at NO EXTRA CHARGE?

The guy messed up but is doing what he can to make the hunter happy? Tha is pretty much all the guy can do at this point. Im guessing an actual black cape instead of a brown one would make a difference.
