I've been eating there since 2015 or 2016 and I'm gonna let you guys in on a little-known fact. As good as the cajun seafood is, do not sleep on that Cajun Burger. When we were building our lakehouse, just down the road from LeBlanc's, that burger sustained me many a day.

Cajun Burger Basket: cheese, mayo, pickles and onions. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Last time I was there, my son had the burger. He bit into it and some juice squirted out and landed on his forehead. His tongue slapped him in the face and blacked both his eyes.

Ok, to make you feel better...

My wife and I sat in the drive thru at the madisonville micky Ds yesterday for a breakfast sammich. Next door is the old pizza hut. If you don't know, pizza hut built and entirely new building across 21 instead of a remodel. They pizza ain't that good but apparently good enough to spend all that money.

My wife looked at that old restaurant and said she should open something there. Wife loves food and to cook which is why (according to her) she has a juicy but. She said town needed something different. I said I wished those Asian people would open the Chinese place up again since the covid killed the buffet. They had good Chinese for madisonville texas.

I said what about seafood? Sure you got shrimpys across the freeway but the location and access kinda sucks. This would be main drag, front row joe. She said yea, that could work, but i don't know a lot of different seafood dishes.

I said......

We'll call Terry LeBlanc. He knows his stuff and is a jam up dude with good food.

She said yeah, he does, wish he wasn't so far. Guess we need to make a day and hit the casino then eat over there.

All that being said I, we definitely coming for crawfish
