Is this guy legal? Thinking about letting my 9yo take him gun season off my lease(unfortunatly this is the biggest deer I have seen on the game camera all year).

No, don't think he'll make it. He's around 11 or 12". This buck is a perfect example of what the rule was set up to protect.
