Management buck down 6.5 Grendel

Got one of our culls down this weekend.
6.5 Grendel with Speer Gold Dot 120gr at about 2350fps.

Bullet did a great job deer made it 15-20 yards.

Deer also had a ton of Bot flies in its nose cavity when we boiled the head. Crazy looking. Anyone else see these?

I put down another big sow at my lease this weekend with my 6.5 Grendel. It drops them in their tracks. She’s not an expensive gun safe queen either. PSA upper and lower with a Nikon P-308 scope on a Burris PEPR cantilever base. I shoot plain old brown boxed Hornadays 123 grain SST though it. Now I just have to make it quieter.
