LOL. I think its kinda flattering. He made it appear as if he was asking if we were fishing some tournament and he hadn't had a bite all day and was wondering what bait we were throwing. I know he was trying to scan some structure or something. I just told him plastics, always plastics

Yes. They were caught on our 15 acre lake at the ranch

Now that I have a boat, Clay and I will be adding to this thread regularly.

its a darker blue but I don't recall seeing another like it all day. We started about 7 and fished till about 1230. First couple fish came across from buzzard point and the rest were in the rip rap of the dam or intake.

This time of year the water is HOT on the north side of the baffle dam and I rarely mess with it

I'm pretty sure it was light blue, but maybe I was just seeing things. The water temperature on the north side of the dike was 90. Surprisingly, it didn't feel that hot to the touch. My Dad & I went to the mouth of the discharge canal in August a few years ago and the water temperature was 105 ha ha!
