Women are equal to men. So why say men lose half of everything? The woman stands to lose half of everything she brings to the table as well.

been there done that. had to fight tooth and nail in my divorce to save all i could. luckily we had no children that had to be stuck in the middle. when i finally got to the other side of things i had this same epiphany. what is the point in remarrying if in a couple years she can decide i'm out and then make off like a bandit with a very nice settlement. its like a woman could make a business out of marrying men and then dipping out....

Yes it is and I thank God every day that I found my wife and she stuck with me after all I put her through when we were young.

I’ve been there, but I didn’t get the shaft. Mine was pretty cordial and we get along to this day.

But I’ve seen guys that get the shaft. Custody wise and financially.
