Honda crf 110. If u want to mod it later to make it more adult friendly aftermarket parts are available. Aftermarket for yamaha stuff never became popular for some reason. Bbr racing makes tons of stuff for the crf110. Its good for a kids bike, but can be converted into an adult ripper where the skys the limit if u want.

Honda for the reasons stated above. Lots of possibilities to upgrade. I’ve seen some wicked things done to a Honda 50 that made them stupid fast for an adult.

You can’t go wrong with either, but I agree Honda engines are second to none. Get one big enough I can ride it at the lease too
