12-21-2019, 01:12 PM

I have heard they are pretty good. I've never eaten any kind of duck myself!

The black-bellied whistling ducks I've eaten. They are not something I want to eat again.

It is my opinion that no other wild duck can touch them when it comes to table fare
Followed closely though by GWT & Pinnies

Very good table fare, mild flavored not musky like the prized mallard.

Best eating duck there is!
