Quick Update:
Mom has been stable through this process but definitely has some pretty severe pneumonia still. Her pulmonologist fully expected this and thinks it’s a good thing we haven’t seen much advancement of the illness. Her infectious disease doctor and the pulmonologist are going discuss sending her home tomorrow since she is on very low oxygen volume and things seem to be turning towards recovery.
Tomorrow she will complete her treatment plan of the antibiotics, cortisteroids, and remidisivir

Even though we aren’t totally out of the woods because Mom still has pneumonia, we still got some good news...
They are sending her home today at some point. Both her Infectious Disease and Pulmonologist feel as though she’s rounded the corner on the road to recovery. God is good and everyone’s prayers have been much appreciated and felt!

Mom seems to be starting to reach the other side of all this.
She hasn’t used any oxygen since she woke up this morning and her oxygen sats have remained normal.
