I’ve just started looking at units 9 & 10, theses are TOUGH units to draw.

Those are the premier units in the state. If you don't have a good amount of points already, I wouldn't hold out on those units.

No help OP other than I know it can get cold quick in AZ even if the days are hot. I'd expect a lot of the bulls to be broken up. May consider buying a mountain lion tag, $160 for Non-Res I think. We saw four on our Jan deer hunt..
