        I'm going with the sharp tined. The bars on the tail are not broken like the coopers. And the beak does not have the yellow highlight. Also, eye color.

          He or she is still hanging around... got some better pics with the good camera and not the iPhone... it’s pretty cool watching it hang around

                      Looks kinda big for a sharp shinned. TMK they are slightly larger than a blue jay. At least the ones I've seen were. I had to resuscitate one that hit my windows.

                        The more research I do, I’m thinking Cooper’s hawk, it’s probably 2-3 times bigger than a blue jay if not more
