It was a good 6 years at our deer lease. My buddy and I pulled our stuff out today from our deer lease. Our friend who was the lease manager gave the rains to a hunter who has only hunted with us for 2yrs. The new guys said our lease was going up another $500 so from $2500 to $3000 a year. Plus the rules he was telling us were crazy. We had good rules that everyone agreed with. We all had a great place to hunt until he came on. Oh well maybe it was for the best maybe god has something better for us.

I feel your pain. We walked this year. Our rancher doubled the price on us. We weren’t seeing eye to eye and his rules were getting worse.
