    Roofing

What is the going rate per square installed for a 30 year roof? Asking for a friend.

55 a square labor only remove and replace on last one we sub-contracted out.
He also hauls off at that price.

If you need a sub on it shoot me PM. I will share my contact with you.

Is that supposed to be $5? If $55 is accurate, I am about to get into the roofing business

        Roofing

        Cash price or insurance?

Insurance price was about $480 a square for the last appraisal I did in Dallas.

Not a steep or cut up roof, just an average hip roof about 30 squares - it was ~ $14,300

Not sure if you are aware but a square in roofing is 100 sq ft.

I should have said this is new construction so no take off or haul off.

So what would labor and a 30 shingle be per square?
