Fun debate- what do you call 19 acres

I wasn't big on giving our 10 acres a name either...I always just called it "the property". That being said, we added a metal art piece to the entry gate and the wife named it “Trinity Acres".

I still just call it the “land” or the “property”.

we've had our place almost a year now (140 acres) and it's still just "the ranch" since we haven't come up with a name yet.

Is it big enough to call it a ranch ?

I applaud you for your thinking. I would call your place property. For my ranches start at 250 acres. Between 50 and 250 I tend to call farms. I currently own 108 acres. I would not call it a ranch.
