Castell/Llano/Mason area lease help

After being on the same lease for 20 years the owners family situation has changed and we have lost our lease. We are a management minded group looking for a lease for a group of 4 to 8. I can provide local references. We are partial to the Loyal Valley, Llano, Castell, Fredericksburg and Mason area. I know this is a long shot but any leads would be greatly appreciated.
