      Yes, best day of the month for us as well. Our bottle brush tree came back at the ground, so no longer a tree but glad it came back.

        I just cut a customers down to around 12” high and they are starting to grow back now as well

          My bottlebrush just started coming back last week in Ellis County.

            Even if they’re coming back from the roots, if your goal is a tree then might be best to replace at that point.

                I’m thinking of a tree with a single trunk vs a bush. Also, time to attain that size. Example, we lost a couple with a 5-6” diameter trunk... would take many years and lots of trimming to get that again from the roots. Basically, not your stuck with a bush.
