We fought 25 mile an hour north winds but loaded the boat with fat girls.
All,of them came from 20ā€™ of water on fallen timber.

Only 2 fish this morning, today was slow for us. The wind won, my dock had straight line winds for 2 days. It gets old, unless fish are biting.

No unders caught but a few thrown back. Pictures dont do justice. The small ones are 12". We landed several 2s and most had eggs

They hit every color and some minnows. No magic bait, but dark blues seemed favorable.

      Next week should be great.

Not surprising, we got skunked. My wife did catch one yellow bass on a minnow, but that was all. We fished the far west end of Fork near Hwy 19 around noon, then moved to Coffee Creek this afternoon late. We did talk to another fisherman who said it was slow today, he had about 5 crappie, a catfish and a bass.

Pretty cool to be able to consistently stay on those fish. You have mad skills!

Saw where Garmin is releasing some new graphs and a 20 degree Livescope transducer for them. No black box needed.

I have a new place on Possum Kingdom, with a pier that is only about 6 ft deep at end. I’d like to try to put some structure out to attract crappie. Is that to shallow to work? Thanks

Only one way to find out!! If you can get them in the shade under the docks they will work even better!

My only regret is that I didn,t man up and buy a 12ā€ screen instead of the 10ā€
