You can usually get it fresh in the early afternoon when the boats come in.

If you want sharks get behind shrimp boats. I’ve never seen them that bad. We fished Monday, trying to catch a shark and only caught one large bonnet head. Perfect conditions. Lots of bull reds though. The surf has plenty of BIG mullet, get a cast net and you can get all you need. That’s what they’re feeding on in there close anyways.
