Have you done a cook with all wood yet? If so, how does the smoke flavor compare to an offset?
What are the dimensions?
How does it hold temp?
Any idea on the temperature differential between the shelves?
1.Have not used all wood, I use lump charcoal and wood chunks or wood. 2.Holds temps very well. Don’t have to run as hot as you think
3. From top shelf to bottom shelf is about 30 degrees.
Shoot me a text 903-368-4110 and I can help with anything or put you in contact with the right person. They are running a buy now pay later special and you can also get 20% off between now and July 4th. Working on getting dimensions now.
Just now saw this post, sorry it took so long.

I pulled the trigger on a caveman cooker today. Great deal at 20% off. Super cool engineering w no welds. I also bought a stainless sink for my garage from their scratch and dent pile. Sambo can give you the contact info if you are interested. It will be a while before I can fire mine up and I plan on painting mine black w stove paint. Thanks Sambo for the heads up!
