Hunter Harassment?

I found where a neighbor had tied white plastic grocery bags to the barb wire fence at four deer crossings between our two properties. Would this be considered hunter harassment? Littering?

Hunter harrassment? Possible. Provable? No. Too many other less conspicuous ways to mark a crossing.

is the barbwire on your side of the posts are on his. If they are on yours then you all probably paid for the fence to be installed. Take them down for sure.

Its a shared fence that runs through the brush, parallel to a creek. Probably 20 yards between the two. Its entirely overgrown with Yaupon, Briar and Live Oaks.
Not sure about a stand, but they have a feeder on other side of creek. Maybe 70 yards from the fence.
We have a stand 200 yards from the fence. We can't see the fence. But know its there.
