    Fall is starting!

Anyone else noticed? Leaves have started turning brown on some Oaks and sassafras. Looked like a snow storm this morning with the wind blowing.

Some of my trees are weak looking from drought and stress
Spring rains are gone, but left behind lots of weeds and grass with nice horn growth in Leon Co, texas.

Those trees are dying or hurting from the heat. When fall comes leaves gradually turn red, yellow and eventually brown. When they go from green straight to brown it’s stressed. I have lost probably 15-20 mature oaks throughout the property this summer.

Could've sworn it was snowing on the north side of San Antonio. Oh well, I'll go back to sleep.

The cedar elms in my yard start shedding leaves every Summer when we have one of these long stretches of 100+ days. I’m having to blow off the back porch daily

My trees look like that. But I think it's cause of the drought and two weeks of consistant 100 degree days down here.
