black buck taste?

so im doing a fallow hunt at the end of the month and i was going to take my son and let him shoot a black buck doe,

so how do they taste?

and do you have any tips on how to cook them ?

My kids will eat BB over anything else, there just is not alot to them. Dry rub of choice and grill med rare. It's the bomb!

I think it is second only to Elk. I love blackbuck.

Tastes good. I love it in the crockpot for 10 hours with potatoes, carrots, onions, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, lttle bit of water. Season to taste. Great stuff.
