Fire all the trainers.
Number one cause of hamstring injuries is not properly stretching ..period.
Its not a new fact....
No way in hell at this level should there be this number of hamstring injuries.

Wow that was miserable. Long lines, rude people, over sold and over crowded. These are the things I won’t miss about Houston. (Ain’t gonna watch Rangers though)

Straw has spent a good bit of games at shortstop this year or jack mayfield possibly. Heck maybe Tucker. He hit another homer in last night. Up to 16
