Another hunt from 2014 I edited. Though the first shot looked good. The doe only ran a few yards and stood there facing me for like 5 minutes....
She decided to walk off and I was able to get a second arrow tight behind her shoulder at 30 yards which sent her on a death run for only 50 yards.
I believe the first shot would have done the job, but wasn't taking any chances

That first shot looked too far back with her just a little quartered to you. It would have killed her, but no telling how long it would have taken, or how far she might have gone. You did good by getting a second arrow in her!!!
