Old gerber knife?

Gerber A450. My all time favorite knife and it is at least 40-45 years old. That old knife has cleaned and skinned a lot of critters over the years.

Had a Gerber like that and when the movers packed me up for our 3-year trip to Germany, it found its way into some thief's pocket, never to be seen again.

Thanks for starting this thread it made me go look for some of the Gerber knives I have. The two folders have never been sharpened to my knowledge. The fishing knife has been well used.

I am jealous. My favorite uncle carried a stag handle 97223
After he died it disappeared

We seem to be a 1970’s vintage gerber knife family as both my moms brother edc the stag handle and my dad’s brother the magnum, me hunter II folder

Big TBH shout out to 14jKURX on helping me complete my family heirloom gerber 97223 collection, he sold me two different types of stag handle sports men
1 model 1
2 model 2
That complete parts that turned up missing after my uncle’s deaths

Now just need to figure out the blade styling of each one as information on vintage 97223 is none existent on line from gerber
