No need to search the buses... just hang out at the Greyhound station in downtown San Antonio (ever day of the week) etc.

Pull bus over, run dog around bus, when dog detects drugs, pull everyone off bus. If no one claims drugs they all go to jail.

I rode the bus from south padre to Killern in about 1984. We got on around 5am. Before it got light we had already stopped a couple times on the road in the middle of no where to let people get on. I thought that was crazy. Then suddenly we stopped and BP came on and started pulling people off.

Impound the bus until you get a warrant and put everyone on it walking.
