For all the Cowboys on here!

Logan Adams pasted away early this morning. He was one of my childhood idols. He was a great roper and horse trainer. I could sit and watch him practice for hours. I also took roping lessons from him. RIP Sir!

I don't remember Mr. Adams but I sure remember Myrtis Dightman. In my opinion, the 60's and 70's were the greatest day of rodeo. I try to watch Ft. Worth and San Antonio rodeos on the Cowboy Channel but can't stay hitched for all the terrible music that changes ever few seconds. Would turn off the audio but I like the announcers and the Okie clown.
            Adios,

I lived about 5 miles up the road from him. He taught me how to rope around 18 years ago. He was a legend in his time both roping and training calf horses.
