Colorado Units 80 and 81 no longer OTC for archery elk

This is probably old news to some but they removed Colorado units 80 and 81 from the Over the Counter (OTC) archer units. These units are very crowded and usually have a high ratio of Texas Hunters. I don't normally put in for the draw but instead go to Colorado at the last minute when I can and buy an OTC elk tag.
What units are all the Texas hunters moving to? I see this putting huge pressure on the remaining OTC units.

We hunt 140 and its already super crowded. Looks like a WMA Duck hunt unit! Scared to think what its going to look like this year

It looks like they removed it from OTC archery but left it OTC for second rifle. Doesn't make sense if they are trying to protect the herd..,

Agreed. There were a lot of left over archery tags for these units in the leftover draw.
