    Long overdue family reunion

Just got home from family reunion. Since before I can remember we had one (use to be two) every year for as long as I can remember. Had to stop after 2019 for this Covid crap. Still have 3 aunts that are in their 90s and didn’t want to get them or any older cousins sick.
If felt good to see everyone and eat great food!! We’ve lost 3 family since the last one and at our ages not losing someone each year is doing good.
By the way it was at the SPJST Lodge 6 hall in Cottonwood right outside of West. Been going there for many years…

Congrats. We should all prioritize a little better these days. Most family reunions are at the funeral home.

Our family reunion - we all live within a couple of hours of each other - we are blessed and so are you - never quit doing reunions - the first picture is my middle sister with her 16 grandkids - life is good!

We have thanksgiving as a family every year with our WHOLE family as a reunion. Usually 50 or so of us there. Awesome getting to see the whole family.

This was my moms side and she had 7 brothers and sisters. There’s only 3 aunts left and we only had 50-60 show up this year. Small turn out… lol

My brother Mike Berry, I’ll be sending an invite next July.

This is so true. I actually had a cousin that was 18 years older than me pass away just last night. I will see my cousins and my last living aunt (91) this week at the funeral. Sad, but true.

This is a picture from my family reunion when I was 3 years old in 1961 @ the Stephenville city park. It is my dad's family. A couple of years after this picture was taken some of the families broke off and had separate reunions.

Headed to our family reunion next week. Always good to see the family at least once a year.

Not a family reunion as such, but there will be about 15 of us together August 6 for my wife and my 40th anniversary. Thanksgiving and Christmas are about as close as we come.
