    Round Rock eats?

Taking the family to Kahalari Resort and Waterpark for a couple of days tomorrow and was looking for some food recommendations in the area.

I already know about Cork & Barrel Pub, and we'll eat there one evening, but looking for recommendations for the other.

And it looks like Salt Lick BBQ is right across the street, so that's absolutely an option for dinner one night too.

Salt Lick BBQ isn't all that great. It is very average BBQ.

                    Gino’s Italian.

This is the kids of a couple that used to own a place in Galveston on the sea wall that we used to frequent A BUNCH in the 80’s.

I stumbled onto them just looking for a good place to eat while in town for business. It did not disappoint.

I absolutely second Deckhands. Excellent seafood with tons to offer on the menu.

Urban Eats is great for breakfast/brunch. Do not pass up their amazing Bloody Mary either.
Also as mentioned above be sure and hit Louisiana Longhorn.

                              As mentioned Louisiana Longhorn.

A lot of the good places have been mentioned.

The steak house in Kalahari is good. I'll also add Torchys tacos
