Worst part of the whole deal. It seems to happen at some point or another. Just have to enjoy it while you can. The good news is you’ll find a great new lease somewhere! Trust me, I went through the exact thing.

That’s precisely why I don’t understand people who lease ( I do as well ) spend so much money building up someone else’s assets. All the work and money is one phone call away from wasted.
