Like they are the same thing. Even people in that video say Dem's are the ones usually not conceding. So for anyone who thinks what that means is usually when Rep's do not concede it means something.

I don't think the 2018 votes were nearly as close as this election. While it looks better for biden right now, it is still able to change with the military votes, and state recounts
