Is it ego or carb? Does it start and idle good? Spit, sputter and pop when you give it the gas? Mine was doing this. Would start and idle great. Thought it was the carb. No, it was the crank sensor. Was told the bike will act the same if the belt or belt sensor goes bad

EFI and it will idle for a short amount of time then die. spits, sputters and pops on throttle

motor is shot.....$5000 for a new one....scrap it now...
