Man, I love a pretty sky at sunset. Great shot!

As far as suggestions go, there are times when breaking the Rule of Thirds works, but most of the time sunset pics look a little better when the Rule of Thirds is followed.

Composition is a topic of study in and of itself in photography. Colors, shapes, lines, contrast, mood, etc..... In the end, it's still art, and beauty is still in the eye of the beholder. There are guidelines that are helpful, but there are no rules.

Just don't go tweaking all the colors to make them something they're not. Personally, I like it but understand the rule of 1/3's. That's the nice thing about the south and west Texas sunsets - they're vibrant and bold!
