Finally getting my 1000 yard range set up

Due to topography the only place I own that will support a 1000 yard range is my South Texas ranch. I added another 500 yards to the existing 500 yard sendero last year. Just getting around to setting up the targets. I'm going to add another 10 or so. Finally got my tractor fixed so will be able to shred again. Shooting bench is on the front porch.

That whole deal would be very nice. Our property is only about 480 yards long, it's on the side of a big hill covered in oaks. I have a 100 yard range now, but I have to set up in the back yard to get 100 yards. I plan to clear some brush and made a much nicer 100 yard range, with a covered shooting area and a good solid bench, and a big berm. I might be able to get a 200 yard range, without taking out a lot of oak trees, which I don't want to take out oak trees. I am probably going to be limited to 100 yards, and live with that. A 1000 yard range on a piece of property in south Texas, would be bad ***, that really looks like a lot of fun. I would not have any problem with bulldozing mesquite trees or other brush. That range should be a lot of fun, enjoy.
