Convinced the mapping type explanation make the most sense. Army hasn’t used 310’s for training since the 80’s. They do fly a lot of Beechcraft jets in training and King air’s .

Mapping. I used to do it for the ASC office in the midwest. These guys aren't doing it for the same reason we were but they are mapping/photo runs.
