We lived there about 9-10 years ago and bought a place just outside of Snook. Wife worked at the university and I worked on Harvey Mitchell south. Commute wasn’t bad at all and taxes were lower since we were across the river.

I tried to rope a whitetail deer off horseback right near the intersection of Wellborn and Rock Prairie back in 2003. I wouldn’t have the slightest idea of neighborhoods anymore....but I am jealous you get to move there. We do have a family house in the historic district behind the Hilel house behind Kyle field but holy cow the prices are high.
