Who makes a good vanilla bean ice cream?
I cant vote as Ive never had vanilla bean.
Ive hand pollinated vanilla orchids but never extracted the beans.
I think the order of processing is the vanilla bean is extracted several times for varying dilutions. Where does homemade vanilla lie on this spectrum?
