- AR pistols will require SBR application, fees, etc.

The Justice Department, within 30 days, will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of “ghost guns.”
- 80% lowers will be banned.

I doubt the courts will get into the weeds right away on the other items but the "red flag" crap will get top priority IMO.

Hopefully a District Court Judge will block it right away.

He probably knows that but this allows them to check the box as having “addressed the gun problem” and then move on to other things they have more confidence will get passed. I bet/HOPE they play it cool for the first two years then lose the Senate and midterms. If they keep or strengthen the Senate after the midterms, look out.
