Haven't seen a new born in Mills county. Does hide them for a few days. Maybe by next week or the following week.

After seeing nothing all month, I’ve seen two different fawns. As Bowtech38 said, I have seen no twins yet either.

Bunches! I’ve seen 5 dead ones on the roads near me - kills me! Drove up on a family that had just hit one, it was barely alive and they were sitting on the road with it crying. I got out , asked them to leave so I could dispatch it- killed me again but that family was devastated .

I saw one about a week and a half ago that wasn't much bigger than a normal size housecat. Smallest fawn that I've ever seen. It was still wobbly. Momma had apparently laid down and had it in the tall grass next to our lane and the sound of the four-wheeler scared it.

Haven’t seen one in our place, but my house does are ballooned up!
Found a big dead doe this week in the middle of my pasture . Buzzards had it to the point I could tell anything. Maybe a birth gone wrong?

A friend of mine was cutting hay in my pasture this morning, didn't see it and got it with his cutter.
Made me sick. Looked to be only a day or two old.

Pulled out of my neighborhood in east Parker County this morning and there was a very young fawn standing by itself in the middle of the road. I stopped and watched it for a minute before mama came out of the bar ditch and ushered it away. Sadly with all the traffic many in our neighborhood herd don't survive till they're old enough to get car-wise.

Saw one dead this morning as well just north of Granbury. A week ago, I saw one staggering across a county road. He was not good on his feet yet.
