Need help finding a rental house in or around Bellville

I bought some land in Bellville and we are starting construction on our home soon, but need to find a rental for a year. If anyone has a lead I would really appreciate it. We have 3 kids so would prefer a 3-4 bedroom and 1500sqft plus. Would like to keep rent at 2k or under as I will have a construction loan payment as well.

These are extremely difficult to find. I have 3 realtors looking and so far, nada.

I appreciate it. We rented from the same lady, but on Duerr. Moving Monday. It ain't the best house but it's will work temporarily.
