Looking to upgrade and get new provider. Any recommendations? We are in Midlothian.

One company I contacted wants me to sign a 36 month contract, pretty standard if they are providing most of the equipment?

yep, depending on the amount of equipment. They obviously want to recoup their costs and make a profit. They may also provide you an option of purchasing the equipment, which should then significantly reduce the contract period.
